District 9 Formalizes - August 23, 2008
The ALRA of Wisconsin, District 9 organizational meeting took place on Saturday, August
23rd, 2008 at 1300 hours at the Oney-Johnston-Edward-Blessman American Legion
Post 38 in Appleton, WI. There were six District 9 members present along with
Phil Kirchmeier and John Ustruck from District 4/5, to assist with Sgt at Arms
and tabulating the ballots. President Roy Helms officiated the inaugural meeting
and conduct the swearing-in ceremonies of the new officers. Other State Officers
present were Nancy Helms State Historian and Ray Pasbrig - State Vice
President and Eileen Pasbrig - State Secretary. Congrats to the members for
stepping forward to organize District 9.
